Purpose: The purpose of this trial is to:

  • Assess whether the treatment hinders the growth of cancer cells
  • Assess the effectiveness of the treatment on patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumours
  • Assess any side effects from the treatment

Eligibility: To be eligible to join this clinical trial you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or above
  • Not have had chemotherapy, radiation therapy or surgery for at least four weeks

Treatment: The process will entail:

  • Once daily administering of treatment by mouth for as long as benefits continue
