A detective agency in Modesto has been set up to deal with investigation of asbestos and other environmental hazards. The investigators at Hazard Management Services Inc. are trained to investigate cases involving hazardous substances such as asbestos, lead, and mold. The investigators at the agency are employed to work alongside agencies such as government authorities, schools, and hospitals.
The agency helps authorities to test for and identify any of these hazardous contaminants in buildings, and part of their role is to test, identify and also implement a solution for the clean up of any hazardous waste and materials that are found. A lot of their work involves the testing of construction sites, although they have also worked on many other cases.
One company spokesman stated: "One of the most interesting jobs we had was with this new school that was still under construction in the Bay Area. It started when a person walked across the brand-new stage in the auditorium and the floor bounced like a trampoline."
The agency is a family owned corporation and the expert investigators have gained a reputation for adhering to strict rules and regulations, making them popular amongst authorities and agencies.
