The Cancer Care Center at MedCenter One brings cancer treatment and diagnosis services to the region surrounding Bismarck, North Dakota. Patients who require chemotherapy, surgery or radiation will discover the convenience and comfort that are offered on a daily basis to cancer patients. Simple considerations are thought of in advance, such as setting up individual medical records in a manner that lowers costs and avoids unnecessary repetition of lab work or X-rays. Physicians can access the same medical records from all locations.

Rehabilitation and after-care services are very important aspects of treatment to cancer survivors and their families. Adults and children with cancer will find comfort and compassion every step of the way. Educational materials are available from the cancer resource center, and home health care and hospice services are offered to patients.

Testing and other procedures are frequently required prior to radiation treatments. This center understands the importance of moving forward quickly with medical treatments. Some radiation treatments are achieved through a combination effort between MedCenter One Health Systems and their partner for radiation treatments, St. Alexius Medical Center.
